Staff Preview Challenge - Week 4
Let's start looking at the new website.
This week, you must complete Challenge 1 and will be awarded one ballot. Challenge 2 is optional and you'll earn a second ballot for completing it.
Challenge 1: New Landing Pages
Imagine you’re one of your favourite patrons.
We’ve created landing pages for various groups that draw together information about the collections, programs, services and Readers’ Advisory that may be of interest to these groups. Under the Discover tab’s first column, click one of the first five links to visit the landing page you think will be of the most interest to your favourite patron.
Take a scroll down the page and consider the content that's been included and the way it's been ordered. Answer at least questions 1 - 3 to earn this week's ballot.
Answer questions 4 and 5 if you have suggestions for improvement! Your suggestions may not be implemented right away, but they will be considered and may be implemented in a future update.

OPTIONAL Challenge 2: Site Explorer
The BiblioCommons Site Explorer is a way of filtering all of the content cards on our new site. Content cards are those little blocks you'll see throughout the site, typically featuring an image at the top, followed by a small title, and sometimes a short description. They may link to other pages within the site, staff lists within BiblioCore, catalogue searches, or external sites. Visit the Site Explorer through the main navigation at the bottom of the Discover tab's first column.
For this week's bonus ballot, use the filter drop-downs on the Explore page to correctly answer the question below!
