Alice Oseman’s Heartstopper - Un secret is volume 2 in the Heartstopper series. The story continues after Charlie and Nick have their first kiss. Nick has an identity crisis. Charlie has a birthday party where Tao tries to get Charlie to give up on Nick. Meanwhile, Charlie continues to be bullied by other boys at his school. Nick stands up for Charlie even when Charlie’s not there after the two hang out with the rugby boys.
Heartstopper - Un secret is a great sequel showing the growth of Nick and Charlie’s relationship as the story leads up to a confession of love. The writing shows a unique way of presenting love and how relationships have ups and downs.
