The graphic novel Heartstopper - Deux garçons, une rencontre by Alice Oseman is set at the all-boys school called Truham Grammar High School. Charlie Spring is a boy who becomes friends with Nick Nelson, a boy that has the same class as him and plays rugby. Soon after, Charlie falls for Nick but is afraid Nick does not like him back. Charlie finds a way to connect with Nick through awkward moments turned into funny memories. Charlie’s boyfriend Ben, who makes him feel unloved and uncomfortable, gets in the way of Charlie taking his shot.

This story was addictive! It keeps you flipping pages to see what happens next. The plotline was wholesome and suspenseful. Each character has a good background and is multifaceted with various side stories, making the narrative immersive along with being relatable.
